2022 Demonstrators were a hit at Lincs Horse Live
We had fantastic feedback from everyone who attended the 2022 Lincs Horse Live event.
We thought we would add our previous demo guests details here for future reference and to look back on.
Joe Midgley
Joe Midgley is a horseman devoted to teaching both human and horse to develop a partnership that will allow them to achieve their greatest aspirations.
Joe trains through a physical and psychological understanding, meaning that he believes the emotions, or mental welfare of the horse is vital in creating that partnership and trust. This means no abuse, no beatings, no strapping down heads - just pure horsemanship.
Lara Edwards
Lara Edwards Dressage Coaching, Training, Lessons and Clinics. Lara holds regular clinics in and around Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and Leicestershire. She also offers Minds Coaching, having nearly given up herself she knows what it feels like when the mind plays tricks on you.
Lara also owns and runs Cathedral Equine. Created and designed by International British Dressage rider, Lara Edwards, using her own knowledge of the equestrian sport and her business degree to create a new and exciting range, from “Quality” to the “Prestige” range we would like to think there is a product for every budget where the quality is reflected in the price.
Lindum Group Endurance GB
Lincolnshire based endurance group, Lindum Group part of Endurance GB run pleasure rides of between 5km and 34km, and competitive rides from 20km through to 160km in a day. All our rides are marked, and you will get a full set of ride instructions including a map.
The beauty of this sport is that you can set your own challenges, be that having a lovely weekend of relaxed and fun riding in countryside that you would perhaps not normally have access to or whether you want to have a go at longer distances or some of our more challenging rides. Any kind of horse, and any kind of rider, can have a go at Endurance Riding. We have Shetlands, Shires, Donkeys and Mules taking part.
Emma Sharman
Emma is an Intelligent Horsemanship Trainer (IHT) and Veterinary Physiotherapist, she works with both horses and donkeys. She has over 10yrs experience with horses her demonstration will be based on pole work for rehabilitation, strengthening and maintenance. Pole work can be used in the early stages of a horses education when you are training how to lead, long rein and can be incorporated in the under saddle training.
4 Strides Equestrian UK
4 Strides Equestrian UK is an independent company, that works in partnership with the United Kingdom Barrel Horse Association. They pride themselves on making barrel racing an accessible and affordable sport that is inclusive to all equestrians from all disciplines, regardless of prior experience, type of horse or riding style. Raising aspirations and supporting dreams!
